Shipping Policy

Delivery Information

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Doll Castle. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

If your Doll requires personalisation we will require  additional time and shipping will take place within 1-2 business days of the product being completed. The general time frame to complete the products is 2-3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $10.95 for a single item, via Australia Post. If you order more than 1 item a discounted shipping rate will apply and be shown in the shopping cart. For all orders over $150 free shipping is offered.

We use Australia Post for our delivery. Estimated delivery times will be in accordance with the guidelines / times stipulated by the Australia Post website.  Delivery times will vary according to each state, area if Rural or Metro. Delivery times for most states will take 3-7 Business dates and WA and NT could be longer. All items will be posted from Brisbane Qld.  These are guidelines only some delivery delays can occur and the above specified dates may vary accordingly.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

Doll Castle does not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Doll Castle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Doll Castle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of Australia.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will try our best to help you.

Returns

We do not offer returns for change of mind or incorrect selections. Unless the product we sent you was faulty. 

If your item was customised, we can only accept any returns  where the item personalised is deemed faulty or incorrect. This includes spelling errors that have been included in the order submission so please ensure all details are correct at the time of checkout.

If a product is faulty or a customised item is faulty, or incorrect, you have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
